This is not a Council meeting, it is a meeting for the Parish electors and is open to everyone.

3. Report on 2016/17

The Chairman of the Parish Council will give a brief summary of his report.

The Chairman’s Report, Financial Report, District and County Council Annual Reports and reports submitted by community organisations will be provided in a printed format.   All organisations operating within the community are invited to submit a report on their activities.

4.                 Open forum

This is an opportunity for individuals or representatives of community organisations to speak on any subject relating to the Parish.  Questions or specific subjects for discussion may be submitted in advance.

A panel of Parish, District and County Councillors available to answer any questions.

5.                 Closure of meeting
  

Following the conclusion of the Annual Parish Assembly, there will be reception and a vote of thanks to former County Councillor Mrs Compton for her long service for this community, on the occasion of her retirement.

All are welcome to stay.

Annual Meeting of the Parish Council, 9 May 2017

THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
WILL BE HELD ON

Tuesday, 9 May 2017 at 7:30pm
in the Village Hall Committee Room

15 minutes is allowed at the start of the meeting for members of the public to ask questions on any matter relating to the Parish Council’s responsibilities. Members of the public may not take part in the meeting itself and the Parish Council cannot pass a resolution on matters raised during public participation but upon restoration of the standing orders can discuss and agree actions to be taken.  Individual members may speak for up to 5 minutes.
